Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the pandemic has prompted the migration of various offline activities to virtual spaces and accelerated the development and normalization of virtual communication. My remote internship at TWC was an example of remote collaboration in creative work. Colleagues in other departments also had to adapt to the new form of work, creation, and collaboration. It is challenging to meet new people and build relationships, especially when everyone already knows each other. Furthermore, building relationships and rapport is more challenging in a virtual workplace, especially as a temporary intern.
